Leonora Anyango is an avid writer of poetry and creative writing, is a committed English Professor and an ardent community advocate who has won numerous awards for her work with refugees and blind youth, including Harvard’s Derek Bok Public Service Award and the Harvard Extension Alumni association’s Michael Shinagel Service Award. She is a 2023 graduate of Harvard Extension School’s Creative Writing and Literature Program.
